With Service Providers: Your name, location, and contact number are shared only after booking confirmation.

You have the right to request the deletion of your Urban Setu account and all associated personal data at any time.
To initiate account deletion, you may also send your request via email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion" along with your registered mobile number or email ID.
Your profile, personal information, and booking history will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
KYC documents and bank details (for providers) will be securely erased.
You will lose access to any remaining bookings, records, and transaction history.
Deletion requests are processed and completed within 15 business days, unless legally obligated to retain the data longer.
⚠️ Note: Urban Setu may retain anonymized usage logs and certain transaction data if required by law (e.g., taxation or legal investigations), but this data will no longer be linked to your identity.
